From boards that I have done it, it was fairly complicated to do the Secret Santa, so that it would be a secret.

Typically they try to have a minimum post count-so that they are around and noticeable on the boards. Sometimes references or ebay feedback is required.

Usually one person sets it up, has everyone PM or e-mail them their "wishlists"-usually anything under 25 dollars, or whatever limit you set.

After that, they PM or e-mail the head person with their address-that person will draw from a hat and PM the person with who they got, along with their address and wishlist.

This way they don't know who everyone has-except for the one person in charge.

They also have dates where they have to be sent out by-December 15th. Sometimes, they required it to be gift wrapped. I know the ones that I worked on its hard job to tackle-but tons of fun and worth it when it comes out right.

I think that might be able to be pulled off. Should we try it? Does anyone want to be in charge? I think a $20 or $25 limit would be good. And gifts can also be handmade if someone does not have all too much money (I know college can make some people "poor." lol).

I wouldn't mind being the head person- I think I could do it.

    Let me know,

    What codes?

Now are we making this an AG only secret santa or anything- I would hate for someone to get an Ag outfit and the other person to get a handmade necklace. Can we set something?

I was thinking AG only- maxium $30- you can NOT go over that amount. That also gives plenty of options.

I would say 30 but that includes shipping.

Well if there is another code with the felicity DVD-or the 10% off one. *grins*

I would think that the min. people should spend is 10-the most 30.

*Edit* Also maybe the Santa wish list has to have a min. of 15 reasonably priced items-within that price range 10-30. That way people have more of a choice.
